My jie is so cute at times. She couldn't resist the cupcake trend and thus decided to make her own "fairy cupcakes"! hahhahaaa. what's with the name man?! it should be called the "Pinkies". haha. Maybe i shld buy u some cupcake decoration book for ur bday eh. :P I hope it tasted gd though. Come back make for me leh!Anyway, if there is one thing i can't seem to be able to do, is bake. I think baking is really confusing. dunnoe what heat the oven at dunnoe what temperature lar, dunnoe what must pre-heat the oven lar. dunnoe what must stick some thing in to see if the cake is cooked lar. dunnoe what must whip the flour properly else the cake will not rise lar. blarblar....
In sec school, I loved home economics classes. Just not the baking parts. I can cook macaroni, fry rice, etcetc.. do anything, just not bake. My cookies become rock-cookies. (harder nicer mah.. soft means lao hong already). My cake becomes flat. (easier to pack into container mah). Or it becomes too dry (different texture mah..too moist later got mould) ...
There was a time my mum tried baking ...and everytime she does it, the whole power supply of our house gets cut. okie. that was freaky. No way am i gonna try baking and end up with some fire/electrical hazard! No way am i gonna try baking and get my finger burned taking the baked product out of the oven.
That's why I'm a sucker for great cakes.
Coz i can't make them myself.
Oh wait... i can make cakes OK! .... just those that doesn't require baking. eg. cheesecake, tiramisu, mudcakes. =) hee.

thanks... I know I am very cute! yes, I wouldn't mind a good cupcake cook book... those decorations/creations are innovatively mine. I thought if someone can start a business like dat, so CAN I!!!!
oh by the way, did I say you could "steal" my fairy cupcake photo? They are copyright ok.... heh heh *bleh*
