On friday, I decided to try my hand at making dessert. I went from Bedok to Parkway looking for the Green Tea Soya Bean Milk at NTUC ... (which in all honesty..tastes kinda weird). But anyway, LOOK AT MY BEAUTIFUL DESSERT!!! :))
Mum was asking why on earth I even bothered with the layering... and the mango toppings...but hey! aesthatics are important in culinary mah! Anyway, I'm quite happy with the way it looks. as for the way it tastes...well... there is certainly room for improvement. :)
