James 1: 19 My dear brothers, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, 20 for man's anger does not bring about the righteous life that God desires."
Frustrations. It takes a lot of suppressing power to hold down the words that're at the tip of my tongue. To keep the eruption within. To display zen-like calmness. To let the deep inhaling of oxygen clear my mind, and keep the emotions in check. To fill my system with endorphines produced through the consumption of chocolate, caffeine and the like. (for more details, see bottom of post). Maybe that's what causing the headache.
I'm reallie trying to exercise more self-control. It sure takes a lot of effort. Its always much easier to scream outwardly, than to swallow it inwardly. But though expressing it out does make one feel much relieved, sometimes, outbursts may not be beneficial to those who hear, and it sure does not solve the problem at all. nope. It doesn't.
Take a deep breath, have a piece of chocolate, and tackle it.

(Chocolate is by far the most popular endorphin-producing food on earth. Known by the Greeks as the "food of the Gods," chocolate is derived from cacao beans that were revered by the Aztecs, who believed that eating chocolate would confer wisdom and vitality. In addition to sugar, caffeine and fat, chocolate contains more than 300 different constituent compounds, including anandamide, a chemical that mimics marijuana's soothing effects on the brain. It also contains chemical compounds such as flavonoids (which are also found in wine) that have antioxident properties and reduce serum cholesterol. Although the combined psychochemical effects of these compounds on the central nervous system are poorly understood, the production of endorphins are believed to contribute to the renowned "inner glow" experienced by dedicated chocolate lovers.) - extracted from http://www.road-to-health.com
