This is an extremely bad habit.
When I'm pissed, angry, upset, depressed, (fill in any negative emotion), I'd gorge myself.
Ok, maybe "gorge" is the wrong word. I'd "stuff my face"...okie..not like that's any better. I'd snack and indulge in all kinds of unhealthy food. Simple because I need to. No wonder people call it "comfort food"... because it sure does bring about immediate gratification.
This week my "healthy diet" plan went out the window. I've been doing nothing but snacking.. on popcorn chicken, redcurrent puffs, roti prata, fried chicken wings, iced tea, MOS burger, pineapple tarts, chocolates...and now, i'm even drinking MILO!!!
That basically gives you an idea of how my week went.

2. Sudden onset of illness
I just fall sick out of the blue. Suddenly. For no rhyme or reason. One hour i could be ok, the next, i'm down. I was ok when i left office, and on the way home suddenly i developed a blocked nose, running nose and a sore throat. it's amazing. Feeling rather tired.

3. Breakout
Not "breakout" of prison sort of 'breakout'... but actually its of the similiar concept....pimples breaking out onto the surface of the skin on my face. Maybe stress causes some sort of hormonal effect. who knows man.

I'm definitely stressed. I left work with a whole pile of papers on my desk. Wanted to bring my laptop home..but decided that that is just crazy. i desperately need a break.
Am gonna just vegetate (if tt's even possible) these 4 days ... read my book, find a cafe that's open and chill out. The next hols will only be in April. I'm already starting to countdown.

Hmmm, doesn't sound too good...that's A LOT of snacks there.
Actually I think "stuffing your face" sounds worse than "gorge". Ok, maybe they both sound equally bad.
