i've tendered

i've tendered my resignation. at the absence of my reporting officer, i've given the letter and spoken to my manager. perhaps its the fact that we hardly know each other, so there was a level of civilness which i really appreciated as it made things more "civil" and formal and polite. at least i didn't even shed a single tear.

he was nice and polite about it.

i told him not to make mention to my RO yet, as i'd like to break the news to her myself.

its a weight off one shoulder.

now its to face HER.
